The Cast of Firefly! Onstage!

Well, ok. Not really. It's actually the Prancing Pony Players at the San Diego Comic-Con 2005.  But we had fun!  This is the second of the Prancing Pony Players "non-Lord of the Rings" routines - in this case, a spoof on Joss Whedon's much-loved but short-lived series "Firefly"...which spun-off the movie Serenity . The routine is done to the tune of "Proud Mary," with lyrics rewritten by our talented Cordelia. Although we didn't win any awards with this routine, and the masquerade's sound system was dicey, we had a lot of fun and were happy to help get the word out on Serenity in our own small but quirky way.  P3 was delighted to have several new members for this routine, including Rogue (as Mal), Kim (as Simon), Breanna (as Wash), Caitlin (as one of our two Kaylees) and Jean (as Inara).  Welcome aboard!
